Yes. So that you can check all charges are correct, we will send an invoice to your room on your last night.
Yes. Staff are on duty 24 hours a day, we do ask that you inform us on booking that you will be arriving late.
This may be possible but cannot be guaranteed. Please let us know in advance if you are looking to check in early and we will do our best to accommodate you in line with availability. If this is not possible, you are welcome to leave your luggage with our reception team.
Late checkout is available at a charge of £20 per hour, please check at booking stage for availability. Requests are considered on a case by case basis due to availability.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Your credit card is not charged at reservation stage unless booking a special advanced purchase rate however on arrival the reception team will take full room payment for any other bookings and pre-authorisation of £50 for any incidentals during your stay, for all bookings. You are entitled to change your booking without charge up to 48 hours before your arrival for overnight stays.
Yes, your credit card will be charged the full amount if cancellation is not made earlier than 48 hours before your stay.
Cots for babies can be placed in room categories Superior and above however guests must provide all bedding needed. Superior Family Rooms can accommodate two adults and two small children aged 3-10 years. Additional charges do apply for additional children but cots for babies are provided free of charge (no bedding provided).

Yes we are a family friendly hotel and can host up to 2 children in our Superior Family rooms. Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult in the leisure facilities and no one under 18 years of age is permitted to use the Gym. Treatments are available for guests 16 years and older, however 16 & 17 year olds are limited to 25 minute treatments.
We do not accept payment over the phone I’m afraid. We do however accept third party authorization for Champagne and extras added onto bookings up to £100 and for some agency bookings. We do accept Bank transfers and can facilitate payments upon arrival with chip and pin or alternative via voucher purchases.
All major credit/debit card are accepted, including American Express.
Yes we do allow cash across the hotel including payment for accommodation and within our restaurants and bars.
No we do not accept cheques as payment at all.
This facility is available at Burnham Beeches by pre-arrangement prior to arrival.
To give you peace of mind when booking your leisure stay please see our cancellation policy. You are entitled to cancel or change your booking without charge up to 48 hours before your arrival for overnight stays and spa treatments. We have also changed our policy on special advance purchase offers. Whilst they require full pre-payment at time of booking to secure the special rate, these too are able to be amended free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If you need to cancel up to 48 hours before your arrival, you will be provided with a voucher to the value of your booking to use at another time or on another experience. Please note that our usual terms and conditions do apply for prepaid events, where a non-refundable pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge but please note guests must provide their own bedding, no bedding will be provided.

Yes we do, taxi’s can be booked directly with reservations or at Reception.
By rail – Burnham Railway Station is just a 5 minute drive from the hotel with overground and underground connections via the Elizabeth line into central London.
Heathrow: 12.2miles - 18 minute drive. Heathrow Airport can also be reached via the Elizabeth Line in just 36 minutes from Burnham Station which is just a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Luton: 36.2 miles - 45 min drive. Gatwick: 49.1 miles - 1 hour drive.
Just 30-40 minutes on the Elizabeth Line from Burnham Station which is just 5 minutes from the hotel. By car to Central London it is about an hour.
No, however special arrangements can be made upon request with advance notice.
E-scooter and Electric bikes are not permitted within the building at Burnham Beeches Hotel or around the buildings. If you arrive on an electric scooter or bike please leave these in the car park away from the building (at your own risk). This is due to fire safety for the hotel.

No – Burnham Beeches Hotel does not have a Golf course onsite however the Burnham Beeches Golf Club is next door.
