The Vinyasa Flow class offers a perfect blend of energy and relaxation, starting with an active vinyasa flow to energise the body, followed by longer-held, gentle poses that encourage deep relaxation and peace of mind. The class takes place on Saturday at 10 AM, on July 19th. For our hotel guests, the class is free of charge, and we’ll provide mats for your convenience. Non-hotel guests can join for just £7 – please bring your own mat and water bottle, and payment can be made at reception.
