First time staying at Burnham Beeches Hotel. It was a beautifully well presented hotel, very clean and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful especially a staff member called Ian Reynolds. He went above and beyond with making us feel welcome and gave us advice about where to park and where to go around the area. He is a credit to the Hotel and made our stay extra special.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay here, via the Extend the Weekend deal. The evening meal was delicious and portion sizes were great. The same goes for the breakfast! We also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, and the massages were some of the best we’ve ever had. Lovely staff who went out of their way to make our stay as special as possible.

Great trip at Burnham Beaches Hotel. Hotel interiors and rooms lovely feels like new. Service excellent (lovely afternoon tea with Harry our server). Great spa massages with Ginny. All round 5 stars. Highly recommend for family, girls or couples trip.

I went there with my partner for my birthday and we had the most fantastic time. The hotel is cozy, welcoming and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were great. The food in the restaurant was marvellous, the afternoon tea was lovely and the breakfast buffet was a great spread. The massage therapist also gave us the best massage we have ever had. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be attending again.

First time visiting this hotel with friends. Lovely cosy decor, clean and pretty flowers in the lobby. We had afternoon tea and were so well looked after by the very professional Harry who was attentive throughout. He made our day with his perfect service and charm, Thank you!

Wonderful hotel. The room was quiet, beds very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Ian and Cheryl were exceptional. The breakfasts were a definite highlight. Enjoyed watching the wildlife in the beautiful grounds. Will definitely be back.

Just returned from a lovely family get together. Very relaxing. Girls in the spa were amazing - so accommodating and provided lovely treatments. Food in the hotel was delicious. We had afternoon tea, breakfast and evening meal. All amazing. The staff were lovely - a special mention to Harry.

We went for the afternoon tea in the tea room and was served by Harry. Harry’s customer service was beyond legendary and he made our experience amazing. The afternoon tea was great, the team made fresh scones for my aunt that was vegetarian who could not eat egg. The whole experience was excellent and I for sure will be going back. Harry should be rewarded for his high standards and the care he took of us, he honestly made it an amazing experience.
